Our menu items are comprised of delicious hand cut meats and freshly chosen produce including seasonal fruits and vegetables.  The homemade pasta choices are coupled with sauces which tempt your palate to try more.  Enjoy any of our various delectable menu items with a bottle of wine from our extensive wine cellar and complete your meal with one of our homemade seasonal desserts.

Smoked Salmon Ravioli

With Basil Cream Sauce . . . House Specialty.  

Marionberry Duck

Duck breast, seared and roasted medium rare.  Served with marionberry port sauce and grilled polenta.  

Ed's Cheap Dates

Stuffed with goat cheese and walnuts, wrapped in bacon and baked.  

Gorgonzola Cheesecake

Creamy, tangy gorgonzola cheesecake, topped with nuts, served with fruit and bread 

Half and Half

Warm goat cheese flanked with our house made kalamata olive and artichoke tapenades, roasted garlic, and roasted red peppers . . . with freshly baked flat bread.

Roasted Salmon Caesar Salad

Salmon fillet smothered in our own Caesar dressing, oven roasted moist and golden.  Served on crisp, freshly chopped Romaine lettuce tossed with Caesar dressing.

Grilled Romaine Salad

Hearts of romaine are fire grilled, dressed with a roasted red pepper Caesar dressing, shaved parmesan cheese and your choice of Prawns, Salmon, or Chicken.

Fresh baby spinach leaves, crisp bacon peiced, tomatoes, toasted nuts, feta cheese, all tossed in a warm vinaigrette dressing, topped with grilled chicken

*Dijon Tenderloin  Two certified Angus beef tenderloin medallions with a sauce of white wine, cream, Dijon mustard, capers and shallots.  Served with creamy polenta.  

*Shiitake Tenderloin  Two certified Angus beef tenderloin medallions with a sauce of butter, garlic, shiitake mushrooms, port & demi-glace.  Topped with Gorgonzola cheese.  Served with mashed potatoes.  

*Steak and Pasta  A grilled ribeye steak, cooked to your specifications, served with your choice of house made pasta & sauce. 

Marsala  Our own Marsala wine sauce, with wild mushrooms, shallots, and your choice of pasta or potatoes.

Chicken Marsala  

Duck with Marionberry Port Sauce  Duck breast, seared and oven-roasted to medium rare.  With Marionberry Port pan sauce and mashed potatoes. 

Chicken Fettuccine  Sliced chicken breast and fresh mushrooms, tossed with fettuccine and our own garlic cheese sauce.  

Chicken or Veal Parmesan  Breaded and grilled chicken or veal, covered with melted fresh mozzarella, sits atop a bed of fettuccine.  Smothered with marinara sauce and grated Parmesan. 

Veal with Pine nuts  Scaloppini cut of veal, pounded thin, served over linguini with a sauce of butter, wild mushrooms, Madeira wine, cream, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard and toasted pine nuts. 

Wild Mushroom Meatloaf  Our certified Angus beef tenderloin, and prime pork tenderloin are ground in-house, combined with wild mushrooms, our own bread crumbs, red wine, and herbs, baked with a bacon topping, and served with mashed potatoes and a wine and mushroom cream sauce.  NOT your Mom's meatloaf.

Aioli Baked Salmon  A salmon fillet topped with roasted red pepper and garlic aioli and oven-roasted.  Served with potatoes or pasta and sauce. 

Idaho Trout  Full boneless, butterflied trout, crusted with panko and almonds, pan fried,  with almond butter melted on top.  Served with your choice of potatoes or any pasta and sauce combination.
